Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within a period of 14 calendar days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days after the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired physical possession of the goods.

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your name, full address and, if available, your telephone number, fax number and email address, as well as your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unequivocal declaration (for example, a letter sent by post, fax or email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, although its use is not obligatory. You also have the option of completing and sending electronically this model withdrawal form or any other unequivocal declaration via our website https://pez-pez.es/ , in which case we will promptly inform you by email of receipt of such withdrawal.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication regarding your exercise of this right before the withdrawal deadline expires.

Consequences of withdrawal:

In the event of withdrawal on your part, we will refund all payments received from you and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will proceed to make said reimbursement using the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any costs as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied proof of having sent them back, depending on which condition is met first.

You must return or deliver the goods directly to PEZ at C/Regueros, nº 15, 28004, Madrid without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which you notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline will be deemed to have been met if you return the goods before the deadline has expired.
